Persevera provides its members with one-on-one personal training and an overall blueprint for health and wellness. Our holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing includes tailored strength training, resistance training, mobility training, metabolic conditioning, nutrition and recovery. We incorporate specialized training techniques and equipment, such as Kaatsu, into workouts as appropriate.
Members train with us on an appointment-only basis at our boutique studio in New York City that offers comfort, privacy and an atmosphere that is conducive to our personalized service. Our members may also opt for online training in between studio visits to maintain or accelerate progress.
Based on science and perfected through three decades of experience, our programs are customized, effective, efficient and safe. Our members achieve a variety of goals, including: increasing strength, stamina, flexibility, mobility, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy; losing fat; training for an upcoming athletic event; improving performance in a specific sport; and improving physical appearance.
